Gym Flooring That Takes a Beating

gym equipment on floor

One of the unfortunate costs of keeping a gym functioning is maintaining the floor. Machines, high traffic, dropped free weights and high impact movement can cause all kinds of damage. And these are the normal gym activities that do this! How can you keep patrons happy, safe, and impressed by the facilities when the deck is stacked against you? The solution is recycled rubber flooring and it’s so affordable and easy to install, you’ll be including its many wonderful qualities in your next mailer.

Now, we have two types of rubber flooring, and you’ll have to be the judge as to which is going to suit your application best. Regardless of which you choose, you can be assured that you’re getting a top-quality no-slip floor, an absolute must in a gym setting where water and sports beverages abound (not to mention lots of really sweaty athletes). Even when they get wet, the rubber tiles will stay in place and provide solid footing.

So first take a look at our recycled rubber interlocking floor tiles. The tiles are 28.5 square inches, so you won’t need many to cover a small workout space, maybe for a dedicated group of machines or under a few special pieces of equipment. Because they have interlocking tabs, there’s no need for adhesives so your guests won’t be greeted by toxic fumes when they walk in. The tiles are 3/8″ thick so they’ll provide cushioning for workouts but support and stability for machines and weights. The other option is very well-suited for larger applications, like the whole weight room. We’re talking about our rolls of recycled rubber flooring. When you have large areas to be covered, the convenience of rubber in rolls can’t be beat.

All the rubber flooring options come in a variety of colors, and we can even do some custom colors for you, too!
