“I don’t believe in the concept of ‘getting in shape,’” adds Green, “Getting in shape means you’re only pushing your body when you need to –it’s associated with getting to a certain point and then stopping. I believe in training.  Training means you’re constantly working, whether it’s for preventative health measures or quality of life.”
